"LA VICTORIA"

Dimension: 370M2
Description: The house was designed to create an environment where different activities were related in the same environment, for it was coupled on the ground floor all activities relating to the social life of the family, so that the main room is linked directly with The receipt, the kitchen and the dining room, which in turn have direct view and connection to the main garden. Areas were also created where the interior was related to the exterior, resulting in the inclusion of internal gardens, large windows and water mirrors.

"LA OMAREDA"

Dimension: 360M2
Description: Housing of 360m2 developed in two levels that house the social and service areas in the ground floor, while in the according to level were designed spaces for the rooms, family room terrace and a double height that unites them and relates to both levels . Materials such as wood, glass and concrete were used to generate the 3 main facades, one of them very private due to the proximity of the neighboring house. In the north facade there was a terrace with bar and connection to the kitchen and the main room for the best development of social life.

"QUERALES HOUSE"

Dimension: 530 M2
Description: The project begins with a personal request of the client, a Californian style house, which was developed looking to give a modern style, creating open space that along with terraces and gardens adapt to the very pinyonn topography. The first floor houses a large TV room and multiple uses that connects to the study and library, while on the next level the living room is combined with the terrace that allows to appreciate the beautiful view. Upstairs the rooms enjoy a back patio delimited by the mountain in the background.
